SLR

March 30, 2017  in Equipment by Art Whitton

SLR is an acronym for “Single Lens Reflex” and describes a type of camera which uses a mirror to reflect the scene to a viewfinder.  The mirror flips up when the photo is taken to expose the film.   A pentaprism is used to correct the mirror’s reflection.
